Make your new high-rise residential building more valuable—before construction even begins. Starting with the schematic design, Multifamily Performance Partners will work with the design team to incorporate potential energy efficiency options into the building’s design to ensure ENERGY STAR® guidelines are fulfilled. The use of a Performance Partner as a member of the design team allows the developer to retain a level of flexibility to achieve the ENERGY STAR goals while addressing the other aspects of the project. After completion, tests and inspections of the building will confirm that the final project matches the energy-efficient design abd receive the ENERGY STAR designation.
