For new multifamily construction, Bonded provides certification services under the LEED® for Homes: Multifamily Mid-rise™ and LEED® for New Construction (and Major Renovations)™ rating systems, as well as the National Green Building Standard and Enterprise Green Communities certification program. Bonded has supported green housing using a combination of project team education, energy modeling, testing and verification services.
